Gallery Shop Take In
The Salem Arts Gallery Shop is opening for the season on March 1st 2019.
Take-in for the shop will be Sunday, February 24th from 12-3.
This take in will coincide with the gallery exhibition of Young At Art and the Scholarship Fundraiser featuring Ellen Hardy and Paula Beaulieu.
In addition, Salem Arts invites members to donate some of their own work to benefit the scholarship program. Your donations can be dropped off at the same time as the shop take-in.
All pieces must be original work by the artist, priced up to $500. Paintings, wall art and photographs can go up to $500. We welcome crafts: jewelry, ceramics and glass vessels, pendants, mixed media; textiles: scarves, hats, dresses and other garments, and handmade quilts; medium sized wall art, prints and cards; and miscellaneous like moon calendars, small sculptures and tarot cards. Arts/crafts will be juried on a quality and space-dependent basis.

If you choose to donate any piece, all donations become the property of Salem
Arts and proceeds will go to our scholarship funds.
Please download the retail shop submission form and provide all information requested. Printed copies of the form must be submitted with your artwork. Everyone who has work in the shop and the gallery must volunteer at least 3 hours a month. Bring your calendar because you’ll be asked to sign up at the time of submission.
Inventory sheets will need to be filled out and updated when entering or removing artwork
