Salem Arts Association is proud to present Artoberfest.
This year, along with our annual Artoberfest Exhibition we will offer a free, day-long event featuring live music, performance art, food, and beer. This outdoor event will be held on the Salem Maritime Historic Site lawn next to Salem Arts Association. Bring a blanket, get comfy and enjoy a day of live entertainment.
We've got a great lineup of amazing performers. Check it out!
Sarah Blacker Trio
Sarah Blacker is a one-of-a kind performer who's music is described as "gorgeous, evocative and eerie," and while she is regularly compared to Joni Mitchell with her stop-you-dead-in-your-tracks vocals and unique harmonic twists, she arrives with a side of Classic rock n'roll.
Bring your thirst and appetite!
We're excited to include the Notch Brewing Beer Garden and the Salem Gnu Kitchen Food Court.
This program is supported in part by a grant from the Peabody Cultural Council, Beverly Cultural Council, Lynn Cultural Council, and Swampscott Cultural Council, local agencies which are supported by the Mass Cultural Council, a state agency.
You can help! we're looking for event sponsorships from businesses and individuals. More Info Here.
Salem Arts Association members and community of artists explore Salem’s history with autumn, halloween, witchcraft, and the spirit of the season. The resulting exhibit represents diverse interpretations of the theme and how, by bringing them together, we create a collective understanding of it.
